Missed call → text conversation

SaverCall doesn’t diagnose equipment, quote prices, or book appointments. It collects what the caller tells it and passes it to your team.

From missed call to callback, in three steps.

SaverCall only steps in when a call goes unanswered. It asks the caller a few plain questions by text, then gets out of the way as soon as your team takes over.

  1. Missed call

A call goes unanswered while your crew is on a job. When texting the caller is appropriate, SaverCall texts them back.

Development target: submit the first SMS to the messaging provider within 20 seconds of SaverCall receiving the missed-call event. Not yet verified performance. Delivery to the caller’s phone is a separate step that depends on the carriers.

  2. Details collected

The caller describes the problem, the service address, and how soon they need help, in their own words.

  3. Handed to your team

Your team gets a clear request summary to follow up on. A team member can take over the conversation, and the automated replies stop.
